They come already prepped with Transfer Application Tape which is a low-tack material so that you can apply the decal without worrying about lining anything up and risking losing the design. Because they are prepped with Application Tape, they will require a dry application as opposed to a wet apply.

Be sure to clean the hood of any dirt, grease, grime, or freshly applied car wax. We usually find isopropyl alcohol works just fine.
